1. South West Beach, Koh Rong

Koh Rong is one of the most beautiful islands in the Gulf of Thailand, with a 50-kilometer coastline. South West Beach is located on Koh Rong Island, 5km long, captivating visitors with crystal-clear blue water, white sand and green palm trees in summer.

Coming to the Southwestern beach, visitors have a chance to enjoy swimming, participate in snorkeling, contemplate ray fish, guppies or colorful parrotfish under the ocean. But the most wonderful thing is experiencing sunrise moment on the beautiful beach.

2. Long Set Beach, Koh Rong:

4. Koh Thmei Beach, Ream National Park

Ream National Park is the home to beautiful beaches in Cambodia, including Koh Thmei, a small deserted island surrounded by mangroves. Koh Thmei is famous for being pristine, uninhabited beauty. There are only wooden bungalows with dozens of bird species. Next to the pier is a beach with thousands of sparkling shells. The east of the beach pier is a pretty sandbank shadowed with pine trees. This place is a wonderful choice to contemplate magnificient summer sunrise scene.

If tourists want to stay overnight, they must contact resort first to book a taxi and boat from Sihanoukville. If people want to go during the day, come to the checkpoint in Ream National Park, where they can rent a longtail boat to go to the island.

5. Sokha Beach, Sihanoukville

Sokha Beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in the coastal city Sihanoukville with its clear blue water, white sandbank, shallow water and tranquility suitable for swimming and sunbathing activities. Most of the beach in Sokha is for hotel guests or those who have entrance ticket during the day, which allows visitors to enter the resort’s pool. This is one of the few beaches which street vendors are banned in Sihanoukville.

Beaches in Cambodia are forgotten by international tourists because of Thailand’s well-known beaches and their effective promotion in summer.
