Laos- Asia’s sleeping beauty in dry season

Lao- Asia’s sleeping beauty in dry season

My friend after finishing her trip to Laos said me that: Laos is one of the most amazing countries in Asia- a sleepy paradise is waiting for tourists coming to explore, especially in dry season. I think that is enough to make you so excited and want to check it out immediately. Laos is a perfect combination between age-old traditions and a modern way of life. A country brimming with ancient history from a time when it was known as a land of the million elephants to a nation rapidly transitioning to a modern market society. Laos is entering a new chapter in its history inviting investments community to be part of economic social development and experience its warm- heated people. Laos in dry season looks like a sleeping heaven waiting for you to wake up. Indochina tours and Laos

The big concerns for tons of tourists when they travel to Laos is Vientiane. Where to visit? Anything is special and unique? Local culture? All of them make tourists more excited about Vientiane. Visiting here, I bet that it is definitely worth a night or two if you have time for this remarkable capital city. The first place you must visit in Vientiane is Pha That Luang. It is a kind of landmark and is where Lao people come at least once a year to attend Pha That Luang festival that will be held in November for 3 days. Pha That Luang is a large Buddhist stupa which is covered by gold and located in the center of Vientiane Laos. From exactly 1930s until now, because of invasions of the area from other countries, it has undergone many constructions. That’s why it has become the national symbol and has been definitely considered as the most important national monument in Laos. Visiting here, candle procession will make a strong impression on you. In order to build this construction, ten of thousands of people gathered together. There are many antiques what came from different parts in Laos and around 700- 800 years old. Laos travel tours

Leave the capital city behind, you will come to another world that will make you surprised about the natural beauty here- Luang Prabang. From Luang Prabang, it is really easy to stick to the city center. With a peaceful and charming beauty, there are so much things to do and explore if you have time come outside.  Dry season begin from November until May. It is the best time to visit Luang Prabang because the weather is quite pleasant with a little rain. The temperature is around 21 degree Celsius that is the perfect condition of you want to go out and explore everything  Mentioning about Luang Prabang, the waterfall is the first thing comes to your mind. These are probably the most beautiful waterfalls you have come across, with the added bonus of having a bear sanctuary at the entrance. When comparing Luang Prabang to other cities in the Southeast Asia, there are some major advantage. One of them being that there is hardly any traffic here. It’s wonderful opportunity to take out your bicycle and explore everything. There is nothing greater than walking on the road, enjoy the fresh air that make you more comfortable in the hot weather of dry season and you’re not going to have to deal with cars or motorbikes, of course. Luang Prabang is very pedestrian and friendly. There are so many different little back- alleys and lanes to explore that it is a great idea to wander about without any sense of direction. Besides enjoying the cool atmosphere in waterfalls, let’s visit the bear rescue center.

Overall conclusion about the trip in Laos can’t say in some simple words, of course. Nothing is worth then you take a trip and explore this land on your own. We are Indochina Voyages always willing to be your fellow-traveller.
